By creating an account on GoTo.io, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GoTo.io.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each account is for a single person — do not share your login. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You own the content you add to your GoTo page. We do not claim ownership of your links, bio, profile photo, or any other content you create.
By publishing content on GoTo.io, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and cache that content as part of the service. This includes metadata we automatically fetch for your links (such as titles, descriptions, and images).
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you publish, including content imported from third-party sources.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Paid subscriptions are available monthly ($9/month) or annually ($79/year), billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data, including your page, links, analytics, and email captures, will be removed and cannot be recovered.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on GoTo.io infringes your rights, contact us at hello@goto.io with:
If you encounter a page that violates these terms, you can report it using the "Report" link on any profile page or by emailing hello@goto.io.
You agree to indemnify and hold GoTo.io harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.
GoTo.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTo.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party content linked from user pages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GoTo.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
