By creating an account on GoTo.io, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GoTo.io.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each account is for a single person — do not share your login. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You own the content you add to your GoTo page. We do not claim ownership of your links, bio, profile photo, or any other content you create.
By publishing content on GoTo.io, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and cache that content as part of the service. This includes metadata we automatically fetch for your links (such as titles, descriptions, and images).
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you publish, including content imported from third-party sources.
The following content is strictly prohibited on GoTo.io. Violations will result in immediate removal and account suspension:

We may remove sensitive content or require age gating at our discretion if we receive reports or determine it is necessary.
In addition to the content policy above, you agree not to:
Paid subscriptions are available monthly ($9/month USD) or annually ($79/year USD), billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payment processing: GoTo.io does not host, store, or process payments for adult content. Users may link to external platforms. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding the content they link to. All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.
We may suspend your account if you:
When your account is suspended, your page will no longer be visible to the public and your active sessions will be invalidated. You will be notified of the suspension and the reason for it.
Appeals: If you believe your suspension was made in error, contact us with your username and an explanation. We will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your account data (page, links, analytics, and email captures) will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Your username will enter a hold period as described in Section 9.
After deletion, your former URL (goto.io/username) will display a notice that the page is no longer available, with a link for others to create their own GoTo.io page.
We may terminate accounts that repeatedly or severely violate these terms. For severe violations (CSAM, violence, terrorism), termination is immediate and without prior notice.
Usernames on GoTo.io are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may not register usernames for the purpose of selling, squatting, or preventing others from using them. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate this policy.
To keep usernames available for active creators, we may reclaim usernames from inactive accounts. A username is eligible for reclamation if all of the following are true:
Before reclaiming a username, we will notify the account holder via email and provide 30 days to log in and retain their username.
When you delete your account, your username enters a hold period during which it cannot be claimed by anyone else:
During the hold period, visitors to your former URL will see a notice that the page is no longer available, along with a link to create their own GoTo.io page.
Username changes are available to Pro and Business plan subscribers. Free plan users choose their username at signup and cannot change it. Username changes are limited to once every 90 days. After a change, your old username is held for 30 days (showing a redirect notice), then released.
If you encounter a page that violates these terms, you can report it in two ways:
GoTo.io follows a process designed to comply with the New Zealand Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015 (HDCA) safe harbour provisions:
For reports of CSAM or illegal content, we take immediate action without waiting for the 48-hour process. We also report CSAM to the NZ Department of Internal Affairs and other relevant authorities.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown requests.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10 business days unless the complainant notifies us of legal proceedings.
GoTo.io complies with lawful content removal orders from New Zealand government agencies, including:
When we receive a valid takedown notice from a government agency, we will remove the content promptly and notify the account holder where legally permitted. We retain records of all such notices for our compliance records.
You agree to indemnify and hold GoTo.io harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.
GoTo.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
GoTo.io is an identity platform for creators. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content of external websites that users link to from their pages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTo.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party content linked from user pages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GoTo.io after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
